Apple Reveals Animated AR Experience Ahead Of WWDC 2023
Apple has unveiled its annual augmented reality (AR) experience, serving as a prelude to the company’s Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) scheduled for June 5, 2023. The AR feature, known as an “Easter egg” in tech parlance, is now live and accessible to users worldwide.
The AR experience for this year showcases a bubble-themed animation that emphasizes the colors of iridescent thin film interference. The captivating display features an Apple logo-shaped bubble that animates in a clockwise direction, with the WWDC date, June 5, 2023, prominently displayed in the center.
To enjoy this immersive AR experience, users need to visit the Apple Events website on their iPhone or iPad. After tapping on the “View the AR experience” option, users can scan their surroundings to see the animated logo in real-time. Additionally, the feature offers an “Object” mode that provides a clearer view of the animated logo without having to navigate around the physical environment.
